‘Green in the Village’ Farm
‘Green in The Village’ farm is located on Kibbutz Hukuk, west of the Sea of Galilee. The farm was established by Tiran and Ella Alali in order to provide quality, pesticides-free vegetables to the local community.
‘Green in the Village’ is the first vertical farm in Israel- The plants are grown in a multi level tubing system in the ‘NFT’ method.
The farm also uses floating rafts.
